54mm: This is our standard and most popular ice block. Most commonly used by food and beverage establishments due to dimensions which allow it to fit in most bar glassware. This will be slightly larger than the cubes produced by your typical at-home silicon molds/trays. These blocks are hand cut finished using a high-carbon steel blade which gives the final product laser-sharp edges.

57mm: These blocks are slightly larger than our standard. While the 3mm increase in size may not sound like much, it actually equates to a 17.6% increases in volume. This is our owner's favorite size of ice as it fills most double old fashioned (DOF) glasses giving it a luxurious feel you'd be hardpressed to find at any establishment. 57mm blocks are geared more for home usage and allows the user to custom trim cubes to the desired state. Again, these blocks are hand cut finished using a high-carbon steel blade which gives the final product laser-sharp edges.
